These terms describe use of Find Them: Logic & Calm, also displayed as Find & Calm, provided by Z & E Technologies Incorporated. Please read them before using the game. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Using the game
You may use the game for personal entertainment. Do not exploit bugs, interfere with the service, manipulate purchases or rewards, or use automated tools to obtain an unfair advantage. You are responsible for the nickname you choose; do not impersonate others or use abusive names.
Accounts and progress
The game creates an anonymous player account. Online services require an internet connection. Keep your Player ID available when requesting support. Do not assume that reinstalling the app or moving to another device will recover all progress. Contact support before deleting an account to resolve a progress or purchase problem.
Purchases and virtual items
Optional purchases are processed by Apple, subject to the price and terms shown before purchase. The game currently offers consumable coins and boosters and does not offer subscriptions. Virtual items are for use in the game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between players. Consumed items cannot be restored through Apple's Restore Purchases feature. For missing items, contact support; for Apple refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem service. Applicable refund rights remain available.
Advertising and tournaments
The game may show advertisements and offer optional rewarded ads. Reward delivery depends on completing the required ad interaction and successful verification. Tournament rankings include system opponents. Game rewards are virtual items and have no cash value.
Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes data processing. To disable your current account and reset local player data, open Settings → Delete Account and confirm. A new anonymous account is created when you play again. This does not automatically erase all server-side records; see the policy's retention and account deletion section. Contact support about retained information. Deleting an account does not request a purchase refund.
Service changes and restrictions
Features and online availability may change for maintenance or updates. We may restrict an account where necessary to address abuse or protect the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction or reward decision is incorrect. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
