1) Privacy Highlights

We collect and analyze voice inquiries, transcripts, and in-app activity to deliver and improve TV/programming recommendations.

We may show contextual and behavior-based ads within the app, using information about your activity inside the Service.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not allow third-party identifiers/tracking SDKs to collect user identifiers within the app.

2) Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults 18+ only. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

3) Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

A. Information you provide

  • Account information (such as email address and login credentials, if you create an account)
  • Your Broadcast TV and / or Cable TV and / or Streaming video platform preferences
  • Your viewing preferences
  • Your zip code and or approximate location
  • Support communications and requests

B. Voice inquiries and transcripts

  • Voice recordings of your inquiries (including your spoken search requests)
  • Transcripts generated from those voice inquiries
  • Metadata about inquiries (such as time, frequency, and outcomes)

Important: At this time, there is no option to disable audio storage for voice inquiries.

C. App usage and behavior

  • Search queries and interactions (e.g., what you tap, save, or view)
  • Features used, session duration, performance data, and preferences

D. Device and approximate location information

  • Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, language, and diagnostics
  • Approximate location, which may be derived from IP address or similar signals (we do not require precise GPS location unless explicitly stated in-app)

4) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the Service and deliver programming recommendations and search results
  • Personalize your experience based on your searches and in-app behavior (similar to how major streaming platforms recommend content based on user activity)
  • Improve accuracy, reliability, and functionality (including testing, debugging, and performance monitoring)
  • Provide customer support and communicate with you
  • Maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse

Advertising within the app

We may use your information and activity within the Service to:

  • Show contextual ads (based on the content or category you’re viewing), and/or
  • Show behavior-based ads (based on your activity inside the app)

We do this without selling your personal information, and we do not permit third-party advertising identifiers or third-party tracking tools to collect user identifiers within the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information, including voice recordings and transcripts, for as long as deemed necessary by the company for purposes such as providing and improving the Service, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our agreements.

If the Service provides an account, you may be able to update certain settings in-app.

Account deletion: The app includes a data deletion button available when you close your account. When you delete your account, we will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.
