Will ShowScout know my exact channel package or tier?

Not currently. We can’t see your specific service level, so occasionally a recommended show may not be included in your plan.

Do I have to set this up every time?

No—choose your provider once, and you can update it anytime if you move or change services.

Can ShowScout suggest shows on streaming platforms?

The current version of SmartScout only makes recommendations for TV and cable programming. We will start making recommendations for streaming platforms in future versions.

How does the Free trial work?

You get 7 days free, then $9.95/month or $88.95/year if you buy 12 months in advance. (That’s 3 months of free service)

Does ShowScout work with Netflix/Hulu/streaming apps?

Not yet. ShowScout v1 focuses on broadcast and cable TV. Streaming support is planned for a future release.
